It starts with our first meeting and your vision. What is important to you? What’s your style? Do you have a budget in mind? Once we know these key elements, we start the planning. We also discuss how involved you want to be; for some, it’s every detail, for others just the big stuff.
We Plan :
In most cases, the preparation starts with the venue selection. Once you have selected your site, we begin assembling your “team” of vendors, as having reputable vendors whose talents meet your style and personal requirement is key to the success of your event. We then tend to all of the details along the way, making sure that everyone involved knows what is expected of them.
We Facilitate :
We’re there for you on the wedding day, assisting you, your family, your guests, and ensuring that everything goes precisely as planned. And, if necessary, we are there after the wedding, tying up any loose ends.
We Advise :
We are always on hand for advice. How should the invitations be worded? How can I get the menu I want at the right price? What do I do if I find out that an out of town relative is bringing children to my adults’ only event? To these and many other questions, we have the answers.
We Coordinate :
We organize all of the details. We direct the ceremony and reception activities. We manage and maintain the schedule of events. We bring it all together. We will act as facilitator during the ceremony and reception and coordinate all details with your team of vendors throughout the entire event. These are the terms that define coordination. This is what we will do for you. Whatever needs to be done, we make it happen. We handle it all.
